Hand-Raised with Care
We pull our babies from the nest around 2–3 weeks of age and hand-feed them multiple times per day. As they grow, we gradually wean them onto a diet of pellets, fresh vegetables, and whole grains. We never rush the process — we let each baby wean at their own pace so they stay healthy and confident.

Raised in Our Home
Our babies are raised in our home, not a barn or shed. They grow up around household activity, sounds, voices, dogs, and the natural rhythms of daily life. This helps them become comfortable around people and not overly fearful of everyday environments.

Socialization & Handling
Every bird we raise gets daily hands-on attention and care. We aren’t a large-scale breeder — we do this because we love birds and take pride in raising confident, well-adjusted companions. To encourage a smooth transition to their new family, we aim to avoid strong bonds with us, allowing them to bond faster with their new owners.

Diet & Health
Our babies are abundance weaned onto a base of high-quality pellets plus a daily “chop” mix of vegetables, grains like quinoa or brown rice, and sometimes sprouts or bird-safe herbs. Our birds are never given sugary, dyed seed mixes. We focus on nutrition to support healthy feathers, growth, and immune systems.

Quality Over Quantity
We only raise a limited number of babies at a time so that each one gets the time and attention they need. Our goal is to produce birds that are not only healthy but also wonderful companions.
